In the words of the rebel leader called Morpheus to the main character Neo in the 1990's film called The Matrix - "You take the blue pill—the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. In other words, Morpheus was telling Neo that taking the red pill would plunge him into the World of Reality and taking the blue pill would allow him to continue living in a World of Illusion.

The same applies to us. We might believe that we are perfectly OK in our little world. But at the same time, something deep down within us just knows that what we see happening around us just doesn’t really tie up! What if we start to dig into what this ‘something’ is? What if we start to look into reality and we begin to recognise things that seemed real, but on closer inspection, seem to be false? How will this upset our sense of equilibrium? What if we have to face reality ..... then what?
